Thanks to @dirtypunkgardening for their Pickled Cape Recipe: - 2.5 cups white vinegar - 1 tbl. sugar - 1 tbl. canning salt - 1 cup water Directions: stir and warm liquid until ingredients are dissolved and liquid is hot (not boiling).
