Our free dispersed camping is on the east side of south fork river and the hot springs are on the west side. Packing up the van was a lot more work than just swimming across the river. I didn't have enough rope to get fully across to pull Sana. Had I had 30 more feet of rope we could have avoided packing up the van and driving.
