Made my beer salmon pinwheels with broccoli & rice for supper this evening... but on the pit this time! I cooked it at 400° for a bit, then cranked up the heat to 450°. The beer & Honey started to caramelize & it basted perfectly. (This recipe is in both of my cookbooks) It's probably my favorite recipe ever. We think we should have the interior of the house painted & the kitchen cabinets installed by this wknd... fingers crossed! They textured the ceilings today & will start painting later this
